The leak Metrivo flags

Between Step 3 (submit signup form) and Step 4 (verify email), retention drops from 1,290 users to 410 — roughly a 68% loss in a single step. Metrivo flags this as the funnel's primary leak because the downstream paid step is small in absolute terms.
