What is Metrivo?
Metrivo shows which traffic sources, AI-search referrals, pages, goals, and funnels actually create SaaS revenue — and where attribution is missing.
Short answer
Metrivo is a revenue analytics tool for SaaS founders. It connects website analytics, AI-search referrals, goals, funnels, and payment webhooks (Stripe, Razorpay, Dodo Payments, Manual Payment API) so you can see which channels and pages actually create revenue, and which transactions remain unattributed.
Who Metrivo is for
Metrivo is built for SaaS founders and small product teams who:
- Already get traffic from search, content, AI assistants, or paid channels.
- Have at least one payment provider (Stripe, Razorpay, Dodo, or another gateway).
- Need to find revenue leaks instead of staring at vanity metrics.
- Want a clear picture of which traffic source produced which payment.
What problem it solves
Most analytics tools stop at sessions, signups, or pageviews. Payment data lives in Stripe or Razorpay, and AI-search traffic often appears as direct traffic in GA4. The result: you cannot answer the question "which traffic source, pricing page, checkout flow, funnel step, or AI-search source is leaking revenue — and what should I fix today?".
Metrivo joins sessions and payment events on the same record so you can see attributed revenue per source, page, and funnel step, while keeping unattributed revenue clearly labeled.
How it connects traffic to revenue
A lightweight tracking script captures pageviews, sessions, UTM parameters, referrers, and AI-search signals. When a payment webhook arrives from Stripe, Razorpay, Dodo Payments, or the Manual Payment API, Metrivo attempts to match it to a session using metadata, visitor ID, or a hashed email. Each matched payment is tagged with a confidence level so you can tell high-quality matches apart from inferred ones.
How attribution confidence works
Every payment is labeled with one of four confidence levels so you always know how the link was made:
Supported payment providers
Metrivo connects to payment providers through webhooks so payment events can be matched to sessions:
- Stripe — checkout sessions, subscriptions, one-time payments.
- Razorpay — payment captures and order events.
- Dodo Payments — webhook-based payment events.
- Manual Payment API — post payment events from any other gateway.
What Metrivo does NOT claim
- Metrivo does not claim that every visit can be traced back to a single source.
- Metrivo does not relabel every direct visit as AI-search traffic. Unknown stays Unknown.
- Metrivo does not promise a fixed lift in revenue or conversion.
- Metrivo does not replace your finance system or your payment provider's books.
- Metrivo does not provide last-click ad bidding for paid acquisition.
How it differs from GA4, Plausible, and PostHog
| Tool | Primary focus | Where Metrivo differs |
|---|---|---|
| GA4 | Audience and ad measurement | Metrivo focuses on revenue events and AI-search detection rather than ad audiences. |
| Plausible | Privacy-friendly pageview analytics | Metrivo adds payment webhooks, funnels, and AI-search attribution. |
| PostHog | Product analytics, feature flags, session replay | Metrivo focuses on the revenue leak problem rather than product event analysis. |
